I think a world with zero abortions would have to include currently undreamt of heights of medical wonderment and is likely entirely impossible; because of course situations where what is happening is incompatible with the life or reasonable health of the pregnant person, the fetus, or both do indeed happen. I've seen some people posting pictures of Irish anti-abortion propoganda that claims these situations never happen - but clearly THEY DO.
