May. 9th, 2015 08:31 pmDied on this day in 1382 aged 72 Margaret I, Countess of Burgundy (my toy,wikipedia). Great-grand-daughter of Philip III of France, whose daughter Margaret married Edward I. Also descended from Henry II. 2nd daughter of the King of France Margaret was Countess of Burgundy in her own right.
Born on this day in 1871 to Tsar Alexander III of Russia and Maria of Denmark, Grand Duke George of Russia (my toy,wikipedia). Grandson of Christian IX of Denmark whose daughter Alexandra married Edward VII, also descended from George II. Brother of the last Tsar, George died of Bronchitis and died of it before the revolution.
