Died on this day in 1830 aged 67 King George IV of the United Kingdom (my toy,wikipedia). George IV was Regent for his father before he was King. He was known for his extravagant lifestyle, and his hatred of his wife (who he had been forced to marry); he wasn't very involved in actually running the country. He had one daughter, who died in childbirth and so was succeeded by his brother William.

Born on this day in 1398 to King Ferdinand I of Aragon and Eleanor of Alburquerque, King John II of Aragon (my toy,wikipedia. Grandfather of Catherine of Aragon (first wife of Henry VIII). Wikipedia says he was very memorable... but not really *why*.
