Died on this day in 1392 aged 37 Isabella of Castile (my toy,wikipedia). Married Edmund, son of Edward III and Duke of York. Isabella had come to England with her sister Constanza who married John of Gaunt, she married Edmund to cement John's claim to the Castilian throne (which Constanza claimed after the death of their father), they were not well matched and the marriage was not happy. She was the Great-grand-mother of Edward IV and Richard III.

Born on this day in 1544 Anna of Saxony (my toy,wikipedia). Anna married the Duke of Orange, great-grand-father (by a different wife) of the Prince of Orange who became William II & III. The marriage was not happy.
