1. What kind of soap is in your bathtub right now?

Er, I forget. It's probably Lavender scented though.

2. Do you have any watermelon in your refrigerator?

No.

3. Is there anything moldy in your refrigerator?

There's probably some deliberately mouldy cheese, I hope there isn't anything accidentally mouldy but I'm not actually at home to look.

4. Are there any dirty dishes in your sink?

Yes. Lots. Because I'm lazy.

5. What would you change about your living room?

The size! But otherwise the carpet, which is old and ugly.

6. Are the dishes in your dishwasher clean or dirty?

There's no dishwasher.

7. Do you have a can of mushrooms in your pantry?

No. If I want mushrooms I buy fresh.

I don't mind.

9. What is on top of your refrigerator?

The biscuit tins and some bottles of booze.

10. What color is your sofa?

Blue. And covered with cushions.

Boring. So boring that I have forgotten.

12. How many plants are in your home?

Um? Some? ewx does plants, I don't.

13. How many candles are in your home?

Far too many. I keep thinking I like having candles... but I don't often use them.

Nope. Also it has a pile of stuff-that-needs-putting-away on it.

No. Well, the filter machine has a pot, which is glass.

Sort of. I have drawers for different things, and the hanging stuff is sort-of in an order, but gets disarrayed often because I'm lazy.

I have a green torch that I use for camping, but I don't use it a lot.

20. What kinds of things are in your junk drawer?

Junk. Also useful bits-n-bobs like buttons and manuals for devices (maybe not so useful)

21. Do you drink out of glass or plastic most of the time at home?

Mugs? At home I never use plastic, but I mostly use mugs. Glasses for wine and gin.

22. Do you have iced tea made in a pitcher right now?

No, I like my tea hot.

23. If you have a garage, is it cluttered?

Not too bad, mostly bicycles and my 16th century tent.

24. Curtains or blinds?

I prefer curtains.

25. How many pillows do you sleep with?

There are six pillows on my double bed. How many end up under my head varies from one to three.

26. Do you sleep with any lights on at night?

No.

27. How many ceiling fans are in your home?

None. It is far too cold here to need them.

28. How often do you vacuum?

Er? Sometimes...

Standard.

30. What colour is your toothbrush?

The one in my bathroom is green, the one in my washbag is purple, and the one chez O. is pink.

31. Do you have a welcome mat on your front porch?

I have a mat, but it doesn't say 'welcome' on it.

32. What is in your oven right now?

Nothing. I'm at work, leaving the cooker on while at work seems like a bad plan.

33. Is your microwave clean or dirty?

Not so dirty I feel the need to clean it yet.

34. Is there anything under your bed?

Yes. Modern camping gear, suitcases, shoes, yarn, stuff I keep because Memories rather than Useful. Slippers. Probably other things. I have a frame bed, and would never get a divan because, er, this list.

35. Chore you hate doing the most?

Dishes. I hate washing dishes. Probably because it is the chore that needs most doing, and just NEVER ENDS. I mostly avoid doing chores... Actually I think the chore I MOST hate is "taking out the bin" but ewx does that so I hate it SO MUCH that I have avoided doing it.

36. What retro items are in your home?

All the tools for hand spinning and weaving (they are actually new, well, they were when I bought them). VHS tapes.

37. Do you have a separate room that you use as an office?

Yes, the third "bedroom" (it's bigger than a single bed, it must be a bedroom!) is our office/study and has desks with computers on.

38. If you have a yard, who mows it?

ewx. If I lived alone I'd either have it paved over or hire a gardener.

39. Is there anything on your kitchen floor right now?

The table ;-p Also the recycling box, the bucket, a wire stuff-rack, the bin, the cooker, the washing machine, and a lot of cupboards. Oh, and some dust and cruft because it hasn't been washed recently.

40. How many mirrors are in your home?

Three full length ones. One "sits on the dressing table" mirror, and one on-the-wall small mirror. And, er, maybe a dozen hand mirrors or mirrors built into vanity cases.

41. Do you have any hidden emergency money around your home?

No. I have a handful of Euro-shrapnel and some Swedish and Danish money I ought to turn back into GBP unless I'm going to take the train to Helsinki in which case I might want it... I usually have very little cash on me, mostly I use electronic money.

42. What color are your walls?

Purple! (well, my bedroom is purple, the lounge is yellow)

43. Which rooms in your house have wallpaper?

the lounge/stairs have paper that has been painted over.

44. Do you have a peephole in your front door?

No.

45. Do you keep any kind of protection weapons in your home?

No. Because I'm not American. And even if I did own guns they'd have to be locked up in a gun safe and that would make them not-much-use for dealing with burglars! I have a variety of kitchen knives though...

46. What does your home smell like right now?

Er? nothing? Probably means that whatever it smells of I'm so used to I don't notice it.

47. Fave candle scent?

Lavendar.

48. What kind of pickles (if any) are in your refrigerator right now?

Peppers.

49. Who are in the pictures you display?

I dislike having photographs of people around me, so I don't. I have a large picture of a firefox (red panda) that my brother gave me for Christmas that lives above the TV, it is totally cute.

50. What color is your favorite bible?

I have no such item.

51. Ever been on your roof?

Nope, it's not flat, so no use for sitting on. Fortunately we have not lost any tiles so as to need to go up and replace them.

52. Do you own a stereo?

Nope. If we want to play music we use a computer or the TV.

53. How many TVs do you have?

One, which is quite enough.

54. How many house phones?

One phone line, three handsets.

55. Do you have a housekeeper?

Nope.

56. What style do you decorate in?

Purple. And "messy". I've not really got "a style".

57. Do you like solid colors in furniture or prints?

Stripes.

58. Is there a smoke detector in your home?

I don't think so.

59. In case of fire, what are the items you would grab if you only could make one quick trip?

My firefox stuffies. My coat. My wallet (which usually has my phone and keys in it/attached to it).

61. What temperature in your home is most comfortable to you?

25-30. Hotter than everyone else I know, also hotter than good for the planet unless it is hot outside. I own lots of jumpers and blankets and things.
