Died on this day in 1674 aged 65 Edward Hyde , 1st Earl of Clarendon (my toy,wikipedia). Father of Anne Hyde who married James II. Edward was a lawyer and a politician and wrote a history of the civil war History of the Rebellion and Civil Wars in England: Begun in the Year 1641 (archive.org has scans, linked from his wikipedia page).

Born on this day in 1949 to Prince George of Hanover and Princess Sophie of Greece and Denmark, Prince Georg of Hanover (my toy,wikipedia). Nephew of Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburg, husband of Elizabeth II. Prince Georg is still alive! Lucky him.

Also, I forgot, on paper I'm reading the "world of ice and fire" which I got in Sweden (in English). It's pretty with lots of pictures so needs to be on paper. Also the "author" is clearly not up on the events of the books...
