Died yesterday in 1302 aged 54 Blanche of Artois (my toy,wikipedia). Daughter-in-law of Henry III. Edmund Crouchback was her 2nd husband, and she his 2nd wife (people died a lot, this was not an uncommon situation to be in).
Born yesterday in 1902 to Claude Bowes-Lyon and Cecilia Cavendish-Bentinck, David Bowes-Lyon (my toy,wikipedia). Brother of the Queen Mother. He worked in Propaganda during the war and was later president of the Royal Horticultural Society.
