Jan. 2nd, 2016 02:17 pmDied on this day in 1184 Theodora Komnene (my toy, wikipedia). Married Henry, Duke of Austria, son of Agnes, sister of Henry V who married Matilda who was never quite Queen. She was the daughter of Andronikos, the son of the Byzantine Emperor John II Komnenos. I think that currently Byzantium is as far East as I get, I'm thinking of adding location-of-birth (where known) and trying to get up some sort of map to show where people are from, so far AFAIC-Remember I've got people from all over Europe, a few from America (one King of Brazil who was born in Portugal, so maybe some more Brazilian people), Byzantium and Russia (Moscow and Kiev), some people who lived in Australia but not sure any who were born there. I'm sorta hoping that I'll find people from many more places eventually, technically everyone is related ;-p but the vast majority of the necessary information won't be in wikipedia of course.
Born on this day in 1755 to Ernest Wettin , Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld and Princess Sophie of Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel, Ludwig (my toy, wikipedia). Ludwig is one of many people in my database who don't merit their own wikipedia page, thus you can see that not only is this project clearly finite it doesn't even encompass all-known-people... I doubt I'm anything like done though, sure there's a lot of people without wikipedia pages but I haven't yet stopped finding Interesting People who had a dozen children all interesting enough to merit wiki pages recording all their children. Ludwig was the brother of Franz who was the Grandfather of Queen Victoria.
